Who we are
MODPADEL LTD is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Our registered office is 2nd Floor Cathay Building, 86 Holloway Head, Birmingham, B1 1NB, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, contact info@modpadel.com.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any optional company, telephone and site-location details you include. If you request a callback, we also receive your telephone number, country or time zone, preferred call time and any language preference you provide. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry. You can contact us by email instead of using the form.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting relationship. Depending on the circumstances, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and administering our services. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this enquiry form.
Website and form providers
Our website and enquiry form are hosted and processed through Netlify. Technical information, such as IP addresses, may be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver the website and prevent misuse. Information may also be handled by our business email provider and, where necessary for your enquiry, relevant project delivery partners. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, appropriate data-transfer safeguards must apply to those arrangements.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion where there is no continuing reason to retain it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. Contact us using the email address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Tell us your circumstances using the contact address above, and we will consider your request.
Cookies and external links
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We store your manually chosen language in your browser so that we can remember your preference. You can change it using the language menu or clear it through your browser settings. On your first visit, we use your browser language preferences to select a supported language. Hosting or security services may use technical measures necessary to deliver and protect the site. Links to other websites are covered by those websites’ own privacy practices.
