1. Share your site & objectives.
Share the location and explain what you want to achieve. You may be planning permanent courts, exploring a flexible solution, considering a canopy or looking to improve an existing facility.
Photographs, available plans and a short description of the site help establish the context. Tell us about any particular priorities or constraints so that they can inform the discussion from the outset.
2. Develop the layout & requirements.
The next stage brings your objectives together with the site's requirements. Layout, design and the proposed solution are considered as parts of the same project, including any canopy or wider facility needs.
Relevant planning, structural and regulatory requirements are addressed in relation to the individual site. This work helps establish the questions that need resolving before the scope can be fully defined.
3. Agree the specification & scope.
The proposal brings together the products and services being considered. A clear scope identifies what the project includes, which details need agreement and how the different elements relate to one another.
This is also the stage to discuss everyday equipment, bespoke product requirements and operational support. Considering them early keeps the intended use of the completed facility in view.
4. Install, operate & maintain.
ModPadel supports supply and installation within the agreed project scope. After installation, the relationship can continue through equipment provision, guidance for owners and management teams, maintenance, repairs and court-surface replacement.
The objective is a connected route from the initial idea to a facility that you can continue to develop and care for.
